RULES & REGULATIONS
Dear Guests!
Welcome to the International Training Centre (ITC). In order to make your stay as pleasant as
possible, let us provide you with some important and useful information.

CARDS & KEYS
If you are a participant of a training course or any other event, please keep your visitor ID card
or name badge with you at all times, and show that to the gatekeepers upon entrance or exit to
facility. If you are only an overnight guest, please show the plastic card for your room key upon
entrance or exit. When checking out, please give your room key to the gatekeepers.
SMOKING
In the facility, there are three smoking and vaping (e-cigarettes) areas, each of them is signed:
the area between the Buildings A and C, the area in front of the Tactical House, and the area in
front of the Cafeteria. Smoking, vaping or using any other devices imitating smoking is NOT
permitted in any other areas, community or guest rooms
.
HEALTHCARE
Medical and Dental Offices are located on the ground floor of the Building E. In case you need
medical or dental care, please inform your course coordinator. In the event of a medical
emergency, please tell the course coordinator or the gatekeepers to call the ambulance. If the
ambulance has been called, the gatekeepers must always be informed.

FITNESS CENTRE & GYM
The Fitness Centre and Gym in the Building G can be used by each guest free of charge. You
need a magnetic card to open the door, which you can get at the gatekeepers for a photo ID.
Please read and follow the rules on the use of the Fitness Centre, which you can find next to the
PE teacher’s office. Opening hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-21:30, at weekends and on holidays
06:00-20:30.
USE OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
The staff of the International Training Centre do their best for the convenience and safety of
the guests therefore you are kindly asked NOT to use your own electrical devices (such as
coffee and tea makers, electric kettles, toasters, heaters, etc.). Exceptions are, however, mobile
and computing means (laptops, tablets, etc.) if they are in good order and condition. Please
unplug chargers after use!
CATERING & DINING
As regards the mealtimes, please consult the agenda or the course coordinator. The catering is
in several cycles in the Dining Room so please respect the given times!
The Cafeteria in the Building F is working between 07:30 and 16:00 from Monday to Friday.
You can find vending machines on the first floor of the Building C.
LIBRARY & LANGUAGE BOOK SALE
The Library is located on the ground floor of the Building C.
Opening hours: Monday 08:00-17:00, Tuesday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:00,
closed at weekends and on holidays.
VISITORS
Visitors can enter only with the permission of the ITC Director.
LAUNDRY
You can find washing and drying machines in the women’s and men’s rooms on the first floor
of this building. Washing and rinsing preparations are not provided. Please clean the machines
after use!
In the corridors, there are irons and ironing boards, please do not take them. When you finish
ironing, please make sure that the iron is switched-off.
PARKING
Parking may be allowed only with the permission of the ITC Director.
CLEANING & BEDDING
We clean the rooms on a daily basis; we change towels and bedlinen once a week.
Before checking out, please pull off the bedlinen, fold it up, and put it on your bed together
with the towel.
FIRE
In the event of a fire, please notify the gatekeepers on +361-224-5100 or +3620-247-8777 (or
dial 36-000 direct extension on your room phone).

In case of an emergency, please inform the gatekeepers on +361-224-5100 or +3620-247-8777

WIFI
If you want to connect to our wireless network, please turn to your course coordinator for the
details.
The ITC is located in a residential area so please do not make noise after 22:00 hours.
Please note that you have a responsibility to pay compensation for any damage caused by you
either intentionally or negligently.
